Replacement Policy

We offer 7 days period for replacement in case the item you received is not what you ordered, damaged or faulty. If 7 days have gone by until the item was delivered, we would not be able to offer you a replacement.

Change of mind does not qualify for replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories.

Several types of goods are exempt from being replaced. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your item is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If it is approved, then your replacement will be processed. if it is rejected the item will be shipped back to you, any courier charges will be born by you.
